In 2017, Spencer Thomas took ownership of EES Solutions, injecting fresh energy and a visionary approach into the company. His leadership marked the beginning of a new chapter, steering the company toward new horizons and continuing its relentless pursuit of engineering excellence. With a forward-thinking strategy, Spencer drove innovation and growth, positioning EES Solutions for even greater success in the ever-evolving engineering landscape.

In 2019, Ken Lowe retired from the company, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, integrity, and dedication to engineering excellence. Following his retirement, Damien Wilson joined Spencer Thomas as co-owner of EES Solutions, marking the start of a new chapter. Together, they continued the company’s trajectory of growth, driving innovation and positioning EES Solutions for future success in the engineering industry.

2023, Hadfield Services officially became part of the EES Solutions family. This strategic partnership enhanced the collective capabilities of both companies, bringing together their expertise to better serve the evolving demands of the engineering sector.

Following this integration, Hallmark Engineering Group was established, representing the combined strength of EES Solutions and Hadfield Services. This new entity fosters collaboration across sectors, driving innovation and ensuring the continued growth and success of both companies in the engineering industry.

In January 2024, Hallmark Engineering Group demonstrated its commitment to growth and innovation by enhancing its senior leadership team with the introduction of three new key positions: Commercial Director, Finance Director, and Head of People and Culture. These strategic appointments reflect Hallmark's focus on strengthening leadership to guide the company through its continued expansion, while ensuring operational excellence and fostering a supportive and dynamic work culture across the organisation.

In May 2024, Hallmark Engineering Group relocated to its new headquarters, a move that symbolises the company’s ongoing commitment to growth and innovation. This strategic decision reflects the group’s ambition to expand its capabilities, foster collaboration, and continue delivering advanced engineering solutions across various sectors. The new headquarters serves as a central hub for the collective strength of EES Solutions and Hadfield Services, positioning the group for future success in the engineering industry.

In June 2024, Hadfield Services celebrated a significant milestone by achieving BSI 9001 Certification, a globally recognised standard for quality management. This certification underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality engineering services and maintaining operational excellence. The achievement highlights Hadfield Services' dedication to continuous improvement and further solidifies its reputation as a leader in the industry.
